Wine Pickup *

Membership Terms *

A member agrees to four (4) separate quarterly wine pick-ups of twelve (12) bottles at the member’s discretion which will be honored at a 30% discount. A 30% discount will also be honored on all merchandise purchased through the winery including select special event ticket sales.

Shipping Policy *

If you are unable to attend any quarterly pick-up party, no problem! Just call, text or email the winery to arrange a private tasting before the end of the quarter, or swing by our public tasting room on California Street. Should no arrangements be made, wine is available to picked up at the California Street Tasting room after cards are run as we are NO LONGER SHIPPING WINE unless members are out of state or not local to Southern California. Once charges are made, all sales of alcohol in the State of California are final.

Cancellation Policy *

It is the wine club members responsibility to notify Suveg Cellars in writing of membership cancellation or change in billing and shipping information. A membership may only be canceled after a minimum of four (4) separate quarterly pick-ups over the course of one year.

Notifications *

E-mail notifications and phone calls of release party dates will be sent to the email address on file. It is the member’s responsibility to con rm that all contact information is correct in the event notifications are not being received.

Payment Policy *

I understand and consent to Suveg Cellars billing the credit card on le for each shipment including taxes and applicable shipping charges for wine not picked up. By signing this form, I authorize Suveg Cellars to charge the card on file. Pursuant to California state law, all alcohol sales are final.
