For everyone who has patiently waited since we ran out back in October, we couldn’t be happier to announce that our 2015 vintage of Attitude Adjustment will be released two days before Christmas on December 23rd. Our Nebbiolo has the same tremendous organic notes as the 2014 vintage, with fresh picked cherries, red licorice, tar, pipe tobacco, leather, violets, rose petals, forest floor, and hints of espresso like bitterness. To top off the release, the 2015 Attitude Adjustment has already won a Silver Medal at the San Francisco International Wine Competition prior to its release!
With an organic profile consisting of tobacco and espresso on our Nebbiolo, we couldn’t think of a better pairing than coffee. We have invited Yucaipa’s most talented coffee roaster, Kevin Lentz, to make pour-overs and espresso at the tasting room during the release. Kevin’s brand, Hearthwood Roasters, roasts beans from all over the world, including Guatemala, Kenya, Ethiopia, and Columbia. His roasting techniques add the same subtle nuances to his coffee that Craig’s winemaking techniques add to our wine, and undoubtedly you won’t find a better coffee producer in the Inland Empire.
This event is open to the public.
The release will take place between 12-8 on Sunday. Kevin will be pouring coffee from 12-6, and his coffee will be available to purchase.
The event will be held at our public tasting room on California Street, at 12132 California Street, Yucaipa CA 92399.
See you for a holiday Attitude Adjustment on the 23rd!
