Our first Suveg Cellars Wine Dinner will be like nothing that you've seen before in the Inland Empire. We've teamed up with Henry Haverland of critically acclaimed The Haus Bistro to take you on a trip through the South of France. Henry and Craig will take you from Bordeaux to the Rhone on a pristine autumn night at the Suveg Cellars Vineyard, all in the presence of live classical music to serenade you throughout the meal.

Boeuf Bourguignon - Filet mignon with assorted mushrooms in a classic fresh herb and red wine sauce
