Suveg Cellars and The Haus Bistro are teaming up once again to create a one of a kind dining experience in the Inland Empire on October 6th. Acclaimed Chef Henry Haverland and Sommelier/Winemaker Craig Suveg will be kicking off this year’s fall harvest with a 6-Course Harvest Dinner in the Vineyard, paired with live classical music throughout the meal. Craig, Devin, and Henry have created a pairing menu that celebrates the changing of the seasons, where guests can dine next to Craig’s Cabernet Sauvignon Vineyard in perfect fall weather.

Porchetta - Wrapped in smoky bacon, with sides of creamy polenta and braised bitter greens

Elk Chops - Flame grilled with a smoky overripe cherry glaze
