Greetings and Salutations!

On Saturday, December 7th, Zach Thorp from Lot 22 in Redlands will be releasing a new olive oil at Suveg Cellars! If you haven’t yet been to Lot 22, located on State Street in Redlands, they create the best olive oil in the Inland Empire and are sure to have a varietal that fits your palette.

Zach will be releasing his Picual Olive Oil to the public. The Picual is aromatically herbaceous with a hint of tomato leaf and stone fruit.  Upon tasting it the herbaceous notes carry through with hints of arugula, green artichoke and green almond with a slight undertone of citrus.

Olive oil tastings will be available from 2-7 pm on Saturday, on December 7th. Lot 22 will have several other flavors of oil and balsamic vinegar to taste as well!
