Suveg Cellars has recently hit a milestone. In the last few days, we received word from the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition that we had taken home 6 medals this year, including two golds and another double gold. This is possibly our most significant win yet, for several reasons listed below:

1. This win at the San Francisco Chronicle takes us over the 50 medal mark in international competition, pushing us to a grand total of 55 medals awarded.

2. This is the second year in a row that Suveg Cellars has taken home a double gold medal at the Chronicle. This, according to the Chronicle staff, almost never happens and places Suveg Cellars in a league of its own.

3. Every single one of the Suveg Cellars wines submitted took home a medal for its quality, effectively the entire Suveg Cellars menu.

To celebrate this monumental achievement for the Yucaipa Valley, Craig will be announcing the winners in person on Sunday, January 26th. This will be an opportunity to spend some time with our winemaker since he will be spending the next few months diligently bottling our next vintage, and rarely be in the Tasting Room during normal business hours.

• This event will be held from 3-8 pm on Sunday, January 26th.

• The event will be held at the Suveg Cellars Tasting Room at 12132 California Street, Yucaipa CA 93299.

• Craig will be speaking and making a couple of special announcements between 5:30-6:00 pm.
