For years, members of the Wine Club have asked Craig Suveg when he'll do a Rosé. And after years of waiting, our first Rosé is finally here. Just in time for the summer weather, join us this Friday April 23rd to try our 2019 Rosé of Malbec "Fifty One-Fifty."
Craig's first Rosé is knockout. Packed with ripe cherry, strawberry, watermelon and caramelized peach notes, the Rosé is light on its feet but has a deep and supple texture with a lingering finish. Our 2019 Rosé of Malbec did not undergo secondary fermentation or what we call cold stabilization, meaning that it was bottled unfiltered for optimal freshness. Forgoing cold stabilization, we joked that the wine was unstable, aka "Fifty-One Fifty."
Event Details
This release will take place on 4/23, and continue on Saturday 4/24. We'll be spreading this release out over 2 days since our capacity will be limited.
No food purchase or reservation is required.
