We're excited to announce that Winery Director and avid drinker Devin Cohen will be teaching his first wine education class at Suveg Cellars! Join us on Monday, August 1st for a trip through one of the most famed and recognizable wine regions in the world: France's Bordeaux.

This intensive 3-hour workshop provides students with the opportunity to take a deep dive into Bordeaux, one of the most unique wine-growing appellations on the planet.
Students will be presented with wines from the region, as Devin will be sourcing representations from all over Bordeaux to give students a taste of real Bordeaux.
Dive deep into the history of the region and its appellations, and learn about the rules and generation of subregions like St. Julien, St. Estephe, Margaux, Pauillac, Graves, Pessac-Leognan, Pomerol, St. Emillion, and Sauternes.
Learn about the most famous vineyards and producers from each appellation, and how these vintners produce some of the most spellbinding wines in the world.
