One of our Wine Club favorites is returning to the menu at California Street! Join us on Saturday, February 11th for the triumphant return of our Petit Sirah, Petite Verdot blend "Size Matters."

Our 2019 "Size Matters" is a blend of 84% Petite Sirah and 16% Petite Verdot. Adding a small portion of Petite Verdot to our Petite Sirah gives this thick, blackberry-accented wine better acidity and balance while helping it to feel less weighty on the palette. This big wine is packed with blackberry, black raspberry, spices, chocolate, and vanilla bean accents, and can be aged for the next 4-8 years to reach peak drinking. Because Petite Sirah and Petite Verdot are two of the smallest grapes, they pack the biggest punch, and produce highly extracted and tannic wine. The name "Size Matters" was only fitting.

• This release will take place on Saturday, February 11th.

• Tastings, glasses, and bottles of our 2019 "Size Matters" will be available to the Wine Club and the public alike.
