2022 Viognier "Pardon My French" Release

After a long hiatus from our menu, we're excited to announce that our award-winning Viognier "Pardon My French" is coming back to the Tasting Room on Saturday, March 4th.

Viognier, a french grape varietal pronounced VEE-OWN-YAY, was the most widely mispronounced word in our tasting room in 2020 and 2021. To avoid any linguistic complications moving forward, we named the Viognier "Pardon My French" for anyone who wants to avoid pronouncing the varietal altogether.

This vintage of Viognier is our first from the San Antonio Valley and is a much different rendition of Viognier than we've made in the past. The 2022 vintage is packed with tropical fruit aromatics like grapefruit, kiwi, and nectarine and followed by a palette of honeysuckle, ripe peach and nectarine. With a slightly heavier palette weight, this white wine can be opened this summer or laid down for a couple of years.
