Suveg Cellars is proud to present its first symposium on the health benefits of wine! Award Winning Winemaker Craig Suveg will be joined by Microbiologist Doctor Nathan Wall and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Candace Morgan to host a symposium and class on the health benefits of wine consumption.

Dr. Nathan Wall is an Associate Professor of Biochemistry at Loma Linda University. Dr. Wall's research is centered on longevity, where he has spent years examining the benefits of Resveratrol, a potent antioxidant found in wine. Dr. Wall's presentation will focus on Resveratrol and its ability to counteract aging, reduce inflammation, prevent cancer, and lower the risk of cardiovascular disease.

Candace Morgan is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, and a Certified Diabetes Educator with a Master's in Nutritional Science. Candace will be discussing how wine is metabolized by the body, the benefits of drinking wine in moderation, and how to fit wine into a healthy diet.

Winemaker Craig Suveg will be leading the discussion, and sharing the health benefits of tannin and phenols.

Each attendee will receive a free glass of wine for attending!

Early bird pricing starts today! Tickets are $30 per person and will be going up to $40 on Wednesday, April 5th. Only 30 tickets will be available for this event.

• The class takes place on Monday, April 10th from 6:30 pm - 9 pm at our California Street Location.
