Suveg Cellars is excited to announce our first Rosé release of 2023! Join us Sunday, April 16th for the release of our 2022 Malbec Rosé "Fifty One-Fifty."
The name "Fifty One -Fifty" started with our 2019 vintage of Malbec Rosé, which winemaker Craig Suveg decided not to heat stabilize. The result was a wine that we joked was unstable, hence the name "Fifty One- Fifty." Though the 2022 vintage was heat and cold-stabilized, we decided to keep the name "Fifty One- Fifty" for our latest rendition of this wine. The 2022 vintage was whole cluster pressed followed by 44 hours of cold soak and fermented in stainless steel. It's packed with ripe cherry and strawberry fruit flavors, accompanied by cartelized peach and watermelon notes.

Our 2022 Fifty One- Fifty will be available for tastings and by the bottle and glass on Sunday, April 16th.
