We're excited to announce that Winery Director Devin Cohen will be teaching his first wine education class of the year! Join us on Monday, June 26th for a trip through one of the most complex, beguiling, and prestigious wine regions in the world: Burgundy, the birthplace of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. 

Early bird pricing starts today! Tickets are $30 per person and will be going up to $40 on Wednesday, June 21st. Only 30 tickets will be available for this event.

The class will include: 

• This intensive workshop provides students with the opportunity to take a deep dive into Burgundy, one of the most unique wine-growing appellations on the planet.

• Students will be presented with wines from the region, as Devin will be sourcing representations from all over Burgundy to give students a taste of real representations of these regions.

• Dive deep into the history of Burgundy, and dive into prestigious sub-regions like Chablis, Mersault, Chambolle Musigny, Pommard, Gevrey Chambertain, Vosnee-Romanee and more.

• Learn about the most famous vineyards and producers from each region, and how these vintners have refined representations of classic varietals over the last 1000 years of production.

• Take home Devin's buying guide for Burgundy, including vintage charts, producers, price approximations, and more.

• The class takes place on Monday, June 26th from 6:30 pm - 9 pm at our California Street Location.
