Join us this Sunday at Suveg Cellars for a release 14 years in the making. On Sunday, June 9th, we'll be releasing the first labeled bottle of Yucaipa Valley wine! Come celebrate this momentous occasion and snag a bottle of our 2021 High Maintenance Cabernet Sauvignon, made from Craig Suveg's grapes in his own humble estate vineyard.

Though Craig has been incorporating fruit from his vineyard into blends that have won medals at various competitions, this will be our first Estate Yucaipa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, and the first wine labeled under our new Yucaipa Valley AVA. With the passing of the Yucaipa Valley AVA this last month, we immediately submitted our labels for approval on the effective date of May 28th, and just had them approved today! We'll be releasing the first labeled bottles of Yucaipa Valley this Sunday at Noon. 

We'll be holding some of this wine off market to send to competitions, which we hope will further strengthen the reputation of the Yucaipa Valley and attract more investment to region as well as more high quality vintners. This means inventory will be incredibly limited as not much was made. Make sure to get here early if you want a taste of this wine, and to grab your piece of Yucaipa Valley History!

Release Details

• Our 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon will only be available by the bottle on Sunday, June 9th. No internet sales will be available, not pre-orders will be available. 

• This wine is incredibly limited and we will almost surely sell out of these bottle on Sunday due to our very small inventory. Make sure to get here early!

• No bottles will be held on reserve, as we barely have enough to go around.
