Wednesday, August 28th is International Cabernet Day! Every year right before Labor Day, we celebrate the history and enduring strength of the Cabernet grape. From its masterful cultivation in Bordeaux centuries ago to the star status it’s achieved in Napa Valley, August 28th marks the day that we can share a glass or bottle and toast to the history of this remarkable varietal.

To reign in this day properly, we'll be offering half case and full case specials on our 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon High Maintenance. If our Cabernet is your favorite, there is no better day to stock up. Craig's first barrels of Cabernet Sauvignon were inconveniently placed on the top racks in our old barrel room. Each time he'd top off or test the barrels, he'd lament about the barrels being high maintenance, and the name stuck!
